Terry Marker-Goodman is a lifelong resident of Delaware County and is deeply committed to serving the community she calls home. She is the proud mother of two grown children and grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren.

With more than 12 years of experience in real estate, Terry has built a reputation for providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the area. In addition to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she serves as a Productivity Coach, mentoring and guiding new real estate agents as they begin their careers.

Throughout her children's school years, Terry was actively involved in the Home and School Association and the Football Boosters, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to supporting local families and organizations.

Terry is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and has dedicated more than 35 years to serving the residents of Delaware County as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). She has proudly been a member of her township's Emergency Management Team for over 20 years, continuing her passion for public service and emergency preparedness.

You may even recognize Terry from her appearance in the documentary about the Bazaar of All Nations, a beloved Delaware County landmark.

Whether she's helping families find their perfect home, mentoring fellow agents, or volunteering in the community, Terry's dedication, integrity, and passion for helping others are at the heart of everything she does.
